Before you ask

Frequently Asked Questions

WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU NEED FOR A MOLD QUOTE?
For an accurate quote, please provide product drawings, dimensions, material requirements, expected production volume, and any specific mold or surface finish requirements. Product samples, 3D models, reference images, and application details are also helpful when available.
WHICH ROTOMOLDING MOLD MATERIAL IS RIGHT FOR MY PROJECT?
The right mold construction depends on product geometry, dimensional requirements, surface finish, production volume, lead time, and budget. Cast aluminum, CNC-machined aluminum, and fabricated steel molds each have different advantages. We review the project requirements and recommend a suitable mold construction accordingly.
DO YOU OFFER PROTOTYPES OR MOLD TESTING?
Prototype and mold testing options depend on the project, mold construction, and development requirements. Where required, we can discuss suitable testing arrangements to verify part geometry, mold fit, and molding performance before production.
WHAT IS THE TYPICAL LEAD TIME FOR A ROTOMOLDING MOLD?
Typical mold lead time is approximately 4–5 weeks, depending on the mold construction, size, geometry, surface finish, and project requirements. The final schedule is confirmed after design review and project evaluation.
CAN YOU SUPPORT PRODUCTION AFTER MOLD DEVELOPMENT?
Yes. For projects that require finished rotomolded products, we can support the transition from custom mold development to production. Production requirements are reviewed based on the product design, material, specifications, and expected production volume.
